How to cook Organic Azuki Beans:
- To Boil: Inspect beans and remove any foreign matter. Wash and drain 1 cup of beans. Simmer in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes. Season with 1/2 tsp. sea salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- To Pressure Cook: Wash 2 cups brown rice and 1/2 cup beans seperately, and strain. Place beans in a pressure cooker, add brown rice on top. Slowly add 3 cups of water to not disturb layers. Add 1/2 tsp. sea salt. Bring to pressure and lower heat, simmer for 30 minutes. Turn off, stir and let sit for 15 minutes.
