How to Cook Brown Rice Flakes:
- Add 1 c. flakes and a pinch of sea salt to 2 c. boiling water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Keep covered, and remove from heat. Let flakes stand for 5 minutes before serving. Use more or less water for desired consistency.
