How to cook Long Grain Brown Rice:
- Wash 2c. Rice.
- To boil: add 4c. water and simmer on low heat in a pot with a tight fitting lid for 45-50 min. After water is absorbed, stir once, cover again and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- To pressure cook: add 2 1/2c. water and a pinch of sea salt. Bring to pressure and cook 35-45 min. Let pressure come down and serve.
