How to Cook Millet:
- Rinse millet. To boil, add 1 c. grain to 3 c. water and simmer for 30 minutes. (Option: Add minced onion & carrot to make recipe below). To use leftovers, make scrumptious croquettes by combining millet with just enough wheat or rice flour to make it sticky. Add frozen corn and sea salt. Form into patties and fry in coconut oil until golden.
